“FUCK COUNTRY MUSIC”

Born in the heart of coal mining country in southwest Virginia, Chancy DeAnne is a country singer whose life and music are deeply rooted in her upbringing. Music was a constant in her close-knit family, playing a significant role in her relationship with her brother who had Lesch Nyhan syndrome. Her distinctive Southern twang is a testament to her background, embodying the authenticity and spirit of her region. Despite early family responsibilities and a career as a Registered Nurse, Chancy’s passion for music remained undiminished. In her nursing role, she found music to be a therapeutic tool, offering comfort and healing to her patients. Now, Chancy is reclaiming her dream, proving that age is no barrier in the music industry. Her journey is a powerful testament to resilience, with her music reflecting her life’s experiences, hardships, and victories. Chancy’s songs are more than just melodies; they are soulful stories of perseverance and strength. Her music is an invitation to experience her unique storytelling, a narrative rich in trials and triumphs. Chancy DeAnne’s journey is a source of inspiration and a reminder that it’s never too late to pursue your dreams, no matter where life takes you. Her latest, “F*** Country Music” is the newest release off her forthcoming debut EP, releasing May 17th.
